SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS

Please note that due to the busy holiday season, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. To ensure you receive your package before the holidays, please place your order before the following dates and times:

13 December for Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway and the United Kingdom.
16 December for Germany, Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
18 December for the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary and Switzerland.
19 December for Austria and Poland
20 December for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays.

PICK-UP AT HEADQUARTERS

It is possible to pick up your order at the MAGIC FX HQ. By selecting  'PICK-UP AT MAGIC FX HEADQUARTERS' at checkout, you can save on shipping costs and have the flexibility to schedule your pick up at a time that suits you best. It is also an option to send your own forwarder.

You have the option to collect your goods outside of our regular opening hours using our 24-hour night safe. Simply reach out to our team [email protected], and they will prodive you with the code to acces the safe.

MAGIC FX HQ is closed on the following days:

Easter Monday (April 1st)
Kingsday (April 27th)
Ascension Day (May 20th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the items ordered. These costs are updated daily to ensure accuracy and transparency in pricing. The shipping costs can be found at the check-out in our webshop.

DROP SHIPMENTS

We offer drop shipments as a shipping option. With drop shipments, your orders can be directly sent from our warehouse to your customers, saving you time and resources. This service allows for seamless order fulfillment without the need for you to handle inventory.

Simply select 'Use an alternative shipping address' at the check-out, and fill in the address details of the preferred shipping address, and you are good to go! We will take care of the rest.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Experience fast delivery with our UPS and DHL Express Delivery service. Please note that ADR products cannot be shipped via Express services. Additional charges apply for Express delivery.

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES

Deliveries outside the EU are subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. Further information on customs duties can also be found at https://ec.europa.eu/. Contact your local authorities for further information on additional duties, taxes, and fees.

ORDER-INTAKE TIMES

Orders for Pallet shipments can be placed for same day shipping until 2PM(CET/CEST)*.
Orders for Parcel shipments can be placed for same day shipping until 3PM(CET/CEST)*.

*Same day shipment is not guaranteed and will be based on availability, demand and shipping services.
